How much is the warranty time?

IBELLS.CA provides a warranty of 6 months for ELECTRONICS failures that occur during normal use and operation in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Benefits include parts and labour costs resulting from technical issues caused by defects in workmanship and materials.

Warranty exclusions:

Our warranty covers normal usage and does not cover any physical damage and/or water damage. 

 

Please note that the shipping cost of necessary parts is not included in the warranty.

Damaged, not as described, broken or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours with pictures of the model by phone at  437-998-5252 or by   info@ibells.ca.

Do you provide post-warranty repairs?
Yes, we maintain a warehouse of spare parts and carry out post-warranty and non-warranty repairs.
